- All classes are 90 minutes.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in.
- You will need a yoga mat, towel, and drinking water.
- Matts are available for purchase and rent.
- Refrain from eating 2-3 hours prior to class.
- Showers and changing rooms are available.
